A Production Strategy Planning Workshop
Work with Julie Nemitz one-on-one to craft a complete marketing strategy, creative concept, and implementation plan for an upcoming production on your season schedule. You name the show, I'll work with you to build from the ground up, your marketing strategy.
It's time to do things differently.
Option 1: We meet twice over Zoom for 90 minutes each session. You set the pace. We can move quickly (completed within 1-2 weeks) or spread out the project (3 weeks, maximum).
· There is a pre-meeting prep document the theatre completes one week before the first session.
· In between sessions, both you and Julie work on assigned projects.
· The final session is where we put it all together in a cohesive plan you can immediately activate!
Option 2 : A 1-day VIP workshop where we complete the entire Accelerator in one session. This is typically two to three live sessions with independent work breaks during that day for a total of 7-8 hours.
By the end of our time together, you will have in hand:
· A Marketing Strategy Plan (marketing why, what, and where)
· Audience personas, mind maps and an audience targeting strategy for your show
· Ticket sales strategy with pricing and promotions
· Creative concept and roadmap for development
· A Marketing Implementation Calendar

You set the pace: complete the accelerator in 1 day or pace it over 1 to 3 weeks. Any longer than that, we find teams become less invested in successful outcomes.
